We are excited to see you and your pet! We take the hassle out of scheduling appointments and are flexible with working around your schedule.

Online Scheduling

For routine appointments, simply fill out the form on this page, email us at service@jonesvillevet.com, or give us a call. Once we receive your request, a member of our team will contact you to confirm your appointment details. We strive to accommodate your preferred date and time and will provide any necessary instructions to prepare for your visit.

For non-routine appointments, please call (352) 331-7050 to speak with a member of our friendly team who will assist you in scheduling a convenient time for your pet’s visit.

Preparing for Your Appointment

For new clients, please bring:

  • Your pet’s previous medical records, including vaccination history.
  • Any medications (or the names and doses) your pet is currently taking.
  • A list of any questions or concerns you may have about your pet’s health.

For returning clients, please update us on any changes in your pet’s health or behavior since their last visit.

I could not love a place of business any more than I do Jonesville Animal Hospital. Both veterinarians are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and loving towards the animals. The staff has some of the friendliest people I've met, and their professionalism is top-notch. The facility is large, clean, and modern, and the extended hours are fantastic for working professionals. Thank you for being so great to our dog, Charlie!

Dr. Vliet and Dr. Lerman are awesome! When one of my dogs was afraid of going to the vet, they worked with me to make her visits as stress-free as possible. They go out of their way to make every visit great and the facility is clean and inviting. They know me by name when I come to buy dog food and always offer to bring it to the car for me if I have my two young daughters with me.

The staff at Jonesville Animal Hospital is always exceptional! Our beloved Border Collie, Mysti, was a patient there for 10 years, and we always felt as if they loved her as much as we did. The Doctors and Staff at Jonesville Animal Hospital are top-notch. They stayed late, performed emergency surgeries after "normal" business hours, and made sure to call and update me of their status even though it was 9PM at night.
